Michelle is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and Independent Children’s Lawyer. She has practised exclusively in family law since 2017. Michelle was recognised by peer reviewed Doyle’s Guide as a Leading Parenting & Children’s Matters Lawyer (Victoria 2026).  She advises clients regarding all aspects of family law.

Prior to her admission as a solicitor, Michelle completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Psychological Science at La Trobe University. She successfully completed an Honours Thesis in family law, titled “Repairing the Cracks in the System: A Consistent and Coordinated Approach to Risk Assessment of Family Violence”. Michelle studied international family law in Geneva, Switzerland and has a keen interest in cases involving international relocations or overseas assets.

Michelle has an empathetic and practical approach towards assisting her clients and is committed to resolving matters in a timely and cost effective manner.
